LinkedIn wanted to create a resounding impact at the 70th annual Cannes Lions advertising festival, positioning themselves as the leading B2B platform, through multi-day programming and a live content studio.
As the Executive Producer with The Bait Shoppe, I fully lead an international team of creatives, designers, senior and junior producers and vendors across 4 time zones. I was also the main contact with the LinkedIn clients, working collaboratively with their senior leadership spanning across different internal teams.
In just a few months from ideation to execution, we transformed the world of work at the iconic Carlton Hotel, becoming the ultimate Place to B2B.
We developed an interactive ecosystem with multiple events within the venue and off-sites events including a luxury private lunch experience with Will Guidara from 11 Madison Park. LinkedIn’s B2B experience included transforming a penthouse suite into a broadcast studio with 30+ content sessions, reaching 5,400+ livestreams within a few days.

Bowery Farming was the #1 indoor vertical farm in the United States, a true leader in the AgTech space for many years. I was an early-stage employee, hired to build the field marketing, brand experience and shopper marketing teams from the ground-up.
I launched our field marketing and trade strategies, working very closely with cross-functional team members, and industry stakeholders across the United States. I was responsible for developing marketing partnerships with our key retailers including Whole Foods, Walmart, Giant Foods and more.
Launching Bowery onto e-Commerce, I managed a creative agency and SEM specialist to run targeted SEO + SEM ads that generated up to 10x In revenue. I also helped redesign our Amazon pages which was featured by Amazon as one of the top companies to follow for effective branding.
As a key member of the marketing team, I sponsored hundreds of events a year and produced bespoke events, like a pop-up foodie experience with one of our investors, renowned chef, Tom Colicchio.
Using my background in experiential marketing and event production, I created Bowery's trade show exhibits. One of my key focuses was to integrate our CEO and sales team into the trade show experiences, supporting them in strategizing how to land new key accounts to drive revenue







Civil Regime at New York Comic Con

Civil Regime is an athletic apparel brand that uniquely resonates with fitness enthusiasts, blending athleisure with niche streetwear and pop culture, embodying a philosophy of “blooming through chaos".
I was hired to fully design and lead their Nightmare Before Christmas themed booth at New York Comic Con 2024, the largest production the company had experienced to-date.
Working with Victor Johnson the 3D designer and Zero Productions as the fabricator, I lead this project from ideation to execution and hired an incredible team to staff it.
Over 200,000 attendees flooded the event, with thousands of guests in the booth. During the course of 4 days, we ran an exclusive NYCC apparel shop, had live DJS, deadlift competitions, product giveaways, ambassador appearances and interactive experiences .
The result? 10,000+ new subscribers, a highlight on CBS news, millions of impressions and a massive spike in quarterly sales.

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS
Burrito Pop is a twistable thermos-like holder that celebrates the joy of eating. Launched on Kickstarter in 2020, this quirky and beloved DTC product quickly gained a cult following at its inception. Several months post-launch, sales started to wane as that initial fan fervor died down.
I was hired to consult as the Marketing Lead, creating a deep-dive into the brand and focused on driving sales. Through quantitative + qualitative analysis, I worked with the founder to create Burrito pop’s holistic brand strategy: developing a robust strategic plan that outlined which channels would be most effective for Marketing, Sales and PR.
This included creating their brand architecture, developing audience segmentation, mapping consumer journeys, crafting key marketing messaging, spearheading a new content photo shoot and onboarding PR + social media agencies.
Utilizing this essential framework, I strategically targeted 3P e-commerce marketplaces and product sites for growth. This successfully lead to our collaboration with ThingTesting. Partnering on a product video, Burrito Pop became an instant viral hit on TikTok with 4.5 million views. It was then picked by by Betches with another 5 million views, over 9.5 million social media hits in just a few weeks.
Capturing on the momentum, I helped Burrito Pop be on Shark Tank, then launched us onto new marketplaces, driving over 300% sales growth QoQ and a sustained lift of 250%+ growth.
